Found in Carlton, Nottingham. They weren't with the hairbrushes but on the last shelves of a toiletry aisle. There were at least 25 of each brush left.
The classic styling brush (large) (new handle shape)reduced to £1.69 and the small grooming brush (natural bristles with nylon quill - ideal for smoothing) is reduced to £1.87.

I think this may be national as they had them in my local Tesco (and I'm in surrey) but unfortunately only had ones with the nylon quill left, as I prefer the classic ones
