No mention of whether it's free postage return or not but certainly reduces the risk of sight unseen / can't try it on.

Looks like returns are free, as per their website -
"Cut off the Royal Mail FREE POST returns label at the bottom of the Returns Form included in your order and attach it to your parcel ensuring any original delivery labels are covered over. If you have lost any of your labels please contact our customer service team and they will help you with replacing these."
