Although this is an add-on, this seems a good deal. Works out to 15p per pen. Also, can do subscribe & save for extra 5% or 15% if over 5 items.

I prefer these as they don't shatter when you tread on them although mine are all branded Barclays Bank on them and are blue and are considerably cheaper.
