If you have a credit card and are paying interest or have a 0% purchases period ending, you can transfer the balance to this card and pay 0% on the total transferred for 42 months. After the 42 months, the rate on any remaining balance transfers reverts to 18.9% APR. You could then transfer it again to another provider.
You pay a 2.99% fee on the transfer total
You have 60 days to transfer the balances from other cars at 0% rate and 42 months to pay off before interest rate rises to 18.9%
Recieved this card in order to transfer a balance from another card but the credit limit was insufficient to cover the entire amount and will now have to wait another 4 months for my acount to be reviewed and hopefully get an increase in my credit limit. What would be the % charged to transfer a balance after the 60 day cut off?

Yes probably a winner for higher balances

That seems a much more straightforward deal. With a high amount transferred, paying £36 per year would be peanuts.

Can existing barclaycard holders get this? (minus the cashback)

Yes, provided your existing card is not a balance transfer card.

No, you cannot. I just asked them the same question and was refused.

The monthly minimum payment is usually higher than other credit cards which is worth being aware of.

What's to stop me transferring exactly £500, cost approx £15, and then getting the cashback of £20? Profit £5 and a free loan for 42 months.
Have I missed something?

Could I use this to pay off outstanding car finance? On a 0% pcp deal that is up in May but I can pay up any time. Could I use this to pay off the remaining balance on the car (or at least a portion of it) in order to prolong the 0% and keep the money in my own savings account for a few years longer?

you have to make the minimum payments every month or you will default and the interest will then begin. If you make the minimum payment every month you pay 0 interest but you still have to pay off the debt. so the key is transfer a balance but make sure you can pay off the minimum payment every month.

Could I use this card to clear my overdraft as my bank is charging me ridiculous charges each month thanks in advance.
Sometimes they have Money transfer offer - so you can transfer money to current account with 2.99% fee and 0% for 1-1.5 years...
