What's Asics sizing like? Are they bigger or smaller than the listed size?

Always buy a size bigger in running shoes!

I find their sizing to be about right actually. I'm size 10/10.5 and I have their 10.5 which fit perfectly

Their sizes have always been bang on for me.

You should go a size up, that way your feet have room to expand when running.

I think the quality is good, but the trainer needs to fit the runner's profile too of course. My last two pairs of trainers were Asics Nimbus, and they were great to run in (but significantly more expensive). Will be interesting to see how these compare at shorter distances.

I just picked up the last pair in size 8 at stockport, still two pairs of size 7, £15.
