I think that it may have been this price in France for a while (due to specifics of the publisher, IIRC). Good price for a great game, though, either way!

Don't suppose anyone knows where the best deal on this for PS4 is? Haven't seen it pop up on here for a while. I already have it on Steam but i need it for my console habit.

I bought this on PS4 two days ago from Boomerang, paid just over £10. Yesterday, it was part of lightning deals of Amazon too priced at just over £11. I'd keep an eye on both sites as it comes and goes frequently.
