You have to view all balance transfer cards, the one that OP has referenced is there, 32 months interest free on balance transfers with a 0.7% fee and £20 cashback credited to your account within 60 days of a balance transfer of over £100 being made.
Go through Quidco and you get a further £20. You could get £23 through topcashback but the minimum transfer has to be £1500.
There are other balance transfer offers for example 43 months or 23 months but those aren't the deals OP has posted.
Use your initiative and you will find the deal, I did so and was able to avail of the offer. Thanks OP

From Halifax website but check yourself before using:
Make a one-off payment from a current account that is not with Halifax - make a payment from your current account in the same way that you usually pay a bill or a person.
1. Choose the amount you want to pay.
2. Pay it to:
Bank account number: 0000 0000
Sort code: 77 29 00
Payment reference: the longest number on the front of your credit card (often 16 digits) http://www.halifax.co.uk/creditcards/help-guidance/existing-customers/

Can this money be transferred into my bank account by any chance to offset a mortgage? Stoozing i believe. There used to be an egg card to transfer this onto as a positive balance and then you could move it a bank account then. Not sure if there is a way now.

what, you can't overpay unless you've got a Halifax account?
Is this becoming an industry norm?
I know Mortgages were one thing with their introductory discount period and max over payment but this takes bisciuit
