I popped into B&M at lunchtime to buy a couple of packs of Segafredo coffee, and the security man asked me if I would like a box of Typhoo teabags for 10p. When I said I would, he asked me how many boxes I would like. I took 3, one for our house, and one each for my daughters. He said that they have loads of them but they're not putting them out on the floor as "somebody would want to buy the whole lot to sell on ebay". So fair play to him.
I'm not sure if they are local or national, but almost everything they sell is available nationally.
Not a bad price for 300 teabags.

Good job for the security man and lucky for you. I hate people who are greedy and will take everything just for themselves. Seen last week in my local B&M when Chrismas lights was reduced from £16.99 to £1.00 and two people took the whole lot two large trolleys around hundred boxes each. Some people were empty handed.

At this price I might try one cup of tea with 300 teabags in... I've always wanted to try that

Heat for the price, but mainly because I like the fact that the security guy is offering cheap stock to customers that is not even put out, wonder if he's got anything else for sale other than Tea Bags.

Well there are typhoo tea bags (1100) for sale on ebay for £13 with free delivery. Buy 4 of these for 40p, deduct £2 for ebay/paypal fees and £6 for p&p. Hardly worth it to make £5 profit, especially when you factor in your own time.
Must be the expats driving up the demand.

I'm not saying the sellers wouldn't make much but I'm confused why anyone would buy them at 13 quid for 1100 u says they around 8.99 for 11 in stores aren't they.
