The guy at the till mentioned that they were having issues with the lease hence why they're having to close down. The shop next door which was Brantanos shoes have been empty for a while now too.

If this is like Beckton which was ex 99p store then this is a trend. I read some where here on HUKD that some of the 99p stores are closing.... I guess these were sold because of the lease issue and PLand got sucked into it. Lets see what will happen to the rest of these 99p stores.

This is a clearance store hence why it probably is closing down I've had a few items for 50p from here.
