Wouldn't buy anything that charges on the mains in poundland. fried my Samsung galaxy 5 with a signalex cable.

be careful with these things, they generally don't work for much more than charging enough to make an emergency call while it is connected and they discharge themselves very quickly when stored so when you try to use it most likely it will be dead.

They seem alright I bought one a while ago and it still works will charge the phone to about 50% so worth it for a £1

I got one of those 99p euro car parts ones that was posted on here just before Xmas.. amazed that it charges the wifes iPhone 6 from 12% - 100%

Bought one of these myself a few weeks ago. Have only used it once - wouldn't recharge my Doogee X5 Pro but gave my Bluboo Xfire 2's battery a 40% boost. Some retailers would charge you £1 just for the USB cable...

There was nothing wrong with the EE power bars. It was probably a user error that caused the issues. see the teardown on youtube, the EE bars were better quality than the poundland ones.
