does this support any regular HD channels & PVR?

Yes, it supports DVB-T, DVB-T2, and DVB-C.
No real PVR functionality though; just pause/rewind for up to 30mins.
It (well the xbone) can however cast TV to other devices on the local network.
No PC drivers though, which is disappointing.

Its a freeview HD tuner so has all the free mainstream HD channels. No PVR functions but you can pause and rewind (30 minute buffer)
As already posted I would go for the £7.95 one from TheGameCollection on eBay (2 previous deal threads)

Link please all the new ones seem dearer on ebay to me.
Would prefer a boxed one as it's a gift. Thanks anyway.

Anyone know why they're not boxed anyway? Cheaper postage?...

I don't think so, the product manual supplied is quite big and thick (all different languages) so no real saving there. I can only think that the boxes got squashed in transit and were beyond saving. Everything else is there and it's all brand new. Just purchased another for someone without an HD tuner on their TV but does have an XB1.
