It's weird that GAME online is £23 for the ps4 version but in-store (as of last week when I popped in) was still £10 new for both ps4/xbox one, also £8 preowned on both consoles

I tried it when it was free, still have it but honestly horrible game. So many loading screens and takes ages to get to anything. I definitely prefer my N64 wrestling game, in a game within 1min and easy controls

I really hope you're referring to WCW/nWo Revenge and/or No Mercy there. Bonus geek points if you know what Virtual Pro Wrestling 2 is (essentially the same game engine but with Japanese wrestlers from All Japan and NJPW).

Honestly not worth it, spend the extra and get yourself 2K17. Much more fun with smoother game play, all updated roster, loading screens have less waiting time, MyCareer has improved once again and even the online is much better because they've made the servers more stable.

Yep WCW, loved that game esp with a friend, getting the chair and hitting them, get to a stage in all fights where one punch sent them to the floor, was so much fun

Yes! We used to play it four player every Friday night instead of going out and getting drunk like normal people :laughing: I always felt that Revenge was a lot smoother and cleaner than No Mercy.

I remember trading in my Sega Saturn, steering wheel and loads of games just so I could get an N64 for WCW/NWO Revenge. Then WWF Wrestlemania 2000 came along and myself and my friends spent countless hours grappling away! Still sad to this day that I didn't hold onto my Saturn but the N64 was a great a console to play with friends.

One of my mates has one of those handheld gaming things that runs emulators and stuff, and there's a decent community of people still updating those games with new characters and moves. They realised you can essentially copy and paste assets, so he showed me a No Mercy mod with the Revenge music playing on the menus :laughing:
