The one I liked was only at Selfridges too so I bought it and paid the £5 postage as no Selfridges near me......so not quite so much of a bargain now, but it's a Christmas present to myself and I deserve it :smiley:

I'm confused? A ceramic travel mug? It sounds very easily breakable which a travel mug shouldn't be, or am i missing something?

Unless you're thinking this is a toddler mug, this are perfectly adequate for most adults. They are usually manufactured with a double wall, thick ceramic and I've managed to drop mine (empty) and nothing has smashed. I've never heard of a travel mug requiring strength though, cardboard cups seem weaker?

A cardboard cup needs to last a few minutes while you drink from it—a travel cup should last for years.

funny you should say that.I am an upmarket coffee thief. i nick someones latte and while running away I decant into to Wang travel cup.dont want to lose face with a costa cup would I.
