is it properly balanced ? Washing machines need to have their feet adjusted so they are level and don't wobble.

Original price £629.00 ? Hard to believe for a Whirlpool, that's Meile territory ( on a deal ).

Not a bad price

I doubt it. I expect they will want evidence of malfunction, else you could ask for all parts to make a machine.

No i tried this - parts only free if they fit them at extortionate prices - i had an oven and to replace a £13 element they wanted £119 - i did it myself

That is what I meant. They make money by ridiculous labour costs. This machine has a 1 year warranty.

good price but would never touch a whirlpool/hotpoint/indesit again for as long as I live........completely non-existent customer service, you can get a Samsung with a 5 year parts & labour warranty for about the same money
Opening post
I bought this on Tesco Direct and thought it was a great deal.
Was £629
Now £329
The 9kg one was £309 but I decided to go for the bigger model for the extra £20.
I couldn't book a delivery online but when Tesco called to organise the delivery they gave me free recycling as you can't add that online.
Hope you guys like this deal too

How pathetic.
So a one year guarantee! High repair costs afterwards.
A company with no morals but only greed,
new washing machine, whirlpool warranty technicians say it is normal to do like this!!!!
