Got one of these from Tesco. Love it.
I use ONLY de-ionised water purchased from Euro Car Parts. I always stock up when on frequent sale there,
I had 2 previous generators gummed up by our hard water. The first cost 3 times this price; the second £40,
I've had this Actis nearly a year now, and use of De-ionised has kept it looking and operating like new.
I like the auto-turn off when not in use feature which I had only experienced with American irons prior to this.
Recommend the Actis.

I gave a similar steam iron to my other half one year. He irons for me without complaint. My only moan is it's a bulky item to store when not in use. Go for it maybe as one of the pressies just not the main one
