I like halfcost for the prices but their customer service is terrible. They often cancel orders as oos, then the same item pops back up on the site days later and is for sale again!

Have you applied a discount code? When I tried to order initially the subtotal was over £5, but the discount code brought it under and P&P was there. I added a cheap stationery set to get it over again and was free delivery
