This is more a heads up and I understand that it is likely to go cold due to it being a deal from a different region but its fairly simple to buy from other regions as helpfully highlighted here by silhouette
The game releases on December 14th and the price on UK store is £12 so its a significant saving and you can of course half the price again if you gameshare with someone else as i do.

Heated, amazing price for a new release, though IMO Stardew is a wonderful game and a bargain even at £12 for the amount of gameplay there is. Never been a better truer to source harvest moon successor.

I agree totally, and not wanting to get into a huge debate, but a fair portion of what we pay in the UK is actually digital tax and doesn't go to the developer anyway

I keep getting my payment rejected even though there's nothing wrong with it!
In that post are the details but basically you are using your revolut card to buy digital cards from the xbox store of the applicable region which you then use to purchase the game.
It's a ballache initially to set up but once you have everything bookmarked etc it's easier
The credit you buy is locked to the region so if you log on at xbox.com you can see the credit for each one you have bought it from. Hope that helps!?

You're welcome - all the credit goes to ChrisUK, Silhouette and everyone else on here who have both saved and cost me (depending on how you look at it!) many pounds building up a ridiculous, steam style catalogue of unplayed xbox games!

I've purchased the 30brl credit on the Xbox site using revolut, but when I try and redeem it in the Brazil region I get a currency mismatch error.. Any ideas?

Yes that happens - just click the little link that says change my region and click through to confirm and it will redeem..You seem to be able to freely change your region on there without issue and it isn't the same as changing your consoles region

I sometimes have to change browser as it does that in Firefox but not chrome for some reason

Easiest way I've found is when you go to buy the game in the different region when it asks how you want to pay for it choose the gift card option and redeem your code there then continue to buy. Redeeming it separately outside of the buying process doesn't seem to work anymore.

It's really worth the effort in my opinion and you can avoid giving your details to those slightly dodgy sites...
