I went to check out an order literally 5 minutes ago and the offer was there, on the checkout page.
Ordered the £40.00 email gift card, then redeemed it against the order I was about to place :smiley:

It's definitely not Prime specific. Just ordered on a secondary account which still had a £15.00 Audible credit .. same offer of spend £40.00 and receive a £6.00 credit was displayed on the checkout page.
