No. It is just money grabbing. If you want to lose weight it is all about being in a calorie deficit thus, it does not even matter what you are eating as long as you are in that deficit.

It's fab. I don't have time to prepare as you have to have things ready. Yes it's not a 'proper way' to lose loads but great for us mums! Grab and go diet. Works for me
