Still open until 7pm I think and this will be going strong tomorrow too.
£30.00 stuffed fresh crowns being handed out for £4.00 each.
Other fresh stuffed turkey joints at the same reduction rate.
Loads of the fresh stuffing packs and pigs in blankets etc down from £2.50 to 00.64p.
Those smoked salmon and salmon mousse starters were crazy down to two pack for 00.50p per pack and some were for tomorrows date.
Lots of reduced fresh veg and the expensive ready prepared festive veg things heavily reduced too.
Christmas puddings at half price or less.
cashier told me they have masses still and lots more to be cleared from out back tomorrow as well.
I've just finished wrestling it all into my freezer.
Store specific but if Sainsburys have overestimated this badly other stores are likely to have severe overstock too.

Asda and Morrisons really didn't have anything much at all. However the ticketing staff in Sainsburys were literally thrusting joints of meat and Turkey crowns into your hands and urging you to take more so they clearly have a lot to shift.

It's annoyingly unclear on closing times on their site. It was either 6 or 7 closing tonight at Hastings.

Kings lynn had loads of turkey crowns dated 27th at half price £8 an hour before they closed at 5pm. Maybe cheaper in the morning. Half price legs of lamb too. Bought both £8 each.

I bought mine at £4.99, originally priced at £40.
They will likely have more tomorrow as they had lots dated 27th in our nearest stores and were only reducing those dated 26th (all were 50% off though - they were then reducing even further).

So what? It was a general average over all reductions bunged up as quickly as possible to let people know.
Some of us got cheap Turkey, Duck and Lamb etc.
Your grouchy post however has contributed nothing at all to this thread.
