Yes, added alcohol and despite me loving a drink or......more, I prefer my profiteroles just profiteroley!
Especially when having them for breakfast.
Will get a few of these to try. Them being frozen might be a bonus, they will last longer as I won't feel the need to scoff them all at once before the use by date! Heat

These are lovely. Bit annoying that they aren't bagged now, just loose in the box, but they taste great and defrost quickly. Definitely worth a try if you haven't had them before.

Got the Co-Op ones recently and they were disgusting, put some flavour in the cream - went in the bin.
