A couple of years back I fancied some Co-op profiteroles. Went in to the bin after the first bite because they were filled with custard :disappointed:

These are lovely. Bit annoying that they aren't bagged now, just loose in the box, but they taste great and defrost quickly. Definitely worth a try if you haven't had them before.

Re co-op ones
Yes, added alcohol and despite me loving a drink or......more, I prefer my profiteroles just profiteroley!
Especially when having them for breakfast.
Will get a few of these to try. Them being frozen might be a bonus, they will last longer as I won't feel the need to scoff them all at once before the use by date! Heat
