Absolutely no idea, pretty sure you can play the whole game without it, as for with it I have no idea as I don't follow the VR scene.

PSVR exclusive for the first year. but maybe there will be mod for it on PC
or maybe just maybe Pre-order for the discount and bonus. and you can just not open it and wait for review and refund it later. i hate how people think they are so smart to tell people not to pre-order. there is literally no reason not to pre-order for the game you want especially when there is such a big discount
