It is, paid around the £190 mark for my 500gb slim.
For around £250 you can get the 1tb console, uncharted 4, driveclub and ratchet and clank (sure its been posted though )

The other bundle is amazing value at £250 with three games, especially on a 1TB console.

During the cyber week a few weeks back there was a bundle offering PS4 1TB slim, CoD IW Legacy edition and uncharted 4 for £230. I still believe that's a much better offer than this, just fyi

If you need this now then it's a good deal but obviously there have been better-those deals are gone annoying but in the future there will be better deals-past, present, future deals - the only ones that matter are the ones available now!
