These looked an absolute bargain. Had loads of them. The vanilla ones have a best before date of 31st January 2017. They had a chocolate flavour but it's best before was 24th December 2016. Both were 10p though so just got the vanilla ones.

That makes sense the company going bust. I will eat any source of protein usually. I just like to see if the sugar and carbs outweighs it. Sometimes they have just as much of these in as protein. Not complaining though just curious. Going to see if they have any after Christmas, probably all be gone by then. Heat added by the way. Nice find :man:

Bargain that. Would be interesting to see where the protein is sourced from as it's vegetarian friendly. I can't find much info online about it. Still be making gains though :smirk:

I think the company must of gone bust or whatever, their website is up for sale. And a year or so ago there was some cheap protein bars by this same brand in poundland apparently. Other than that can't find any info. It says on the bottle about not being suitable for nut allergy sufferers so im guessing it could be a nut based protein.
Not complaining for the price though :smiley:

I got them from the Leigh store on the retail park. Should be national id of thought. They was just putting them out as i went in this afternoon and there was several boxes on the shelf
