Seriously don't waste your time on this rubbish.
I tried it a few weeks ago and it froze to the windscreen after a few seconds even though its suppoesd to work down to -15 degrees. Screwfix have the Prestone de-icer that works down to -40 degrees and its only £1.69 and actually works http://www.screwfix.com/p/prestone-aerosol-de-icer-600ml/2381g

Thanks themachman. It rained here and so I can finally go out without looking like bambi on ice.
Opening post
600ml aerosol De-icer quickly removed ice from windows, mirrors and locks.
Effective down to -15 degrees centigrade.
There is a 500ml liquid spray de-icer for £1 here
