Perfect since my old Philips has sprung a leak but it's been well used and the best iron I've owned so I wanted to stick to Philips. Ordered!

Have had 3 philips irons, all 3 failed between 1-2 months after the manufacturers warranty expired (2 yrs) with moderate use. Built-in redundancy. Not wanting to rain on the deal but I think people deserve to know at least from my experience about their quality

This one is slightly lower spec with upto 45g steam compared to same model at higher output at continuous 50g steam.
Nevertheless cracking value.

Not according to the Phillips website...says up to 210g boost and 50g steam for the gc4526/87.

Good find thanks, added to Amazon basket and I had the £2.00 voucher to apply too. Bargain at £32.99! Heat duly added.
