I read somewhere on hereabout lg not being true 4K screens because they sacrifice pixels as whites? ( something like that) . Same on this tv?
I liking the Panasonic however I'll mainly be watching standard tv so need the one with the best upscale and least motion blur. Advice will be read and taken under consideration if it's not to biased

Agreed, Im looking for a Tv but Im not spending over £300 - £380 tops for a bedroom gaming tv. Anything more could be money off a great oled tv

55 is to big I believe as I don't have access to many hd sources. Will just be what the tv has whether free sat or hd free view. Plus my room size. I currently have a 8 year old series 6 Samsung 40 which is big enough so I really only want a 43 to 50inch .

I have this one, lovely TV although Firefox OS is no longer being supported but current Netflix and Amazon stream 4k so works fine.

Lots of retailers doing this for 599 at the moment. Some have another 20 off plus quidco, no need to worry about warranty as panasonic doing 5 years on this model.

I'd look at android is hopefully will be updated and grow. like the sonys out there. I had this and a xd80 in my sights
We have used one of these since a week before Christmas and it has delivered on all fronts so far.
Blu-ray upscaling from a fairly basic LG player is really something.
Online content (not used wi-fi yet) streamed through ethernet using power LAN adapters is good. 4K content through Netflix is well worth the couple of quid extra and this TV handles things superbly.
Free play HD channels are top notch and even SD broadcasts are watchable.
Have added a 400gb HDD for Free play recording and a Logitech wireless keyboard for web based applications and surfing.
The Firefox OS interface is really slick and the Netflix button is really quick although I am comparing it to the rather clunky Netflix access through a PS3.
I cannot as yet comment on gaming performance as my PS3 decided to adopt the now infamous YLOD as an early Christmas present.
I would definitely recommend this as at under £600 it takes a lot of beating. We did not buy from Richer Sounds but having bought other hi-fi and home cinema kit from them I see no reason not use them.

Not surprised you see no reason to buy from them - they are highly respected with decent warranties as standard unlike John no price match Lewis and Currys own model number no price match pc world.
