Will Amazon refund if the code is missing? I would be gutted to wait until next year just to see that there is no game...

Cant garauntee it but i would imagine so, its a very bad image for amazon to not resolve, plus there is the legal matter as they would have to prove it was sent sealed.
Having said that the reviews are quite far apart, bit worrying it wasnt resolved, unless the reviews are from the same batch but posted at varying dates

They don't have a choice, if the item is faulty they have to refund you. You'll be advised to return the game to the store you bought it from for a full refund if you contact Blizzard.

I bought it from amazon about 4 month ago, there is no key inside and refunded. Then I tried amazon prime Now and no key again. they have a big rat in their warehouse.

Yep, also bought from Amazon in June - key missing. Refunded and was assured the next one would be sealed and... voila! Key missing. Refunded again and then got it from cd keys for a few pence more.
That said others managed to get a sealed one, maybe I was just unlucky. But buy it! Fantastic game.

Worth considering Paladins (in Beta) for those interested in a f2p alternative. For some reason I could never get into overwatch. Though the graphics are better in overwatch, and there is a lot of qq in paladins.

Saved a tenner and I've got more than enough to be playing in the mean time :laughing:
