Note that this is Old Pulteney Clipper - a limited run whisky (2,700 cases) usually retailing around £40-£50.

Good find OP, regular 12 year Old Pulteney is currently £24 so to find this limited run edition for only £3 more is a steal!
Mixed reviews on it but for £27 is worth a shot.

I believe you're thinking of Old Pulteney 12YO, not Clipper

You say whiskey, I say **** WHISKY. WTF, another misleading post. Scottish whisky is WHISKY.

I copied the whisk(e)y spelling from OP

Whisky (plural whiskies) shows that the product was made in either Scotland, Wales, Canada or Japan, whereas whiskey (plural whiskeys) shows that it was made in either Ireland or America.

You are correct.
The OP should have specified "Clipper"in the post title (Old Pulteney Clipper whisky 70cl) and not just in the first comment.
Would probably be hotter if people realised this who vite from the title.
Opening post
Commemorative edition
Half price at £27 booths longridge
Maybe other stores
