I'm having a real challenge receiving this order I've been in contact with them for over 10 days asking what is going on with this order yesterday they emailed me to say they spoke to the supplier and it was in stock and i would be receiving it only for them to email me this morning to say it's now been discontinued and they can refund me and cancel the order or possibly offer me an alternative don't know how to reply or handle this matter any advice please

hi just hoping one of you guys -girls could help me find the email addresses of the people at the top of this business so i can complain about how they are handling this order they are now saying i can have a replacement order if i pay an extra £20 on top of the money I've already paid whereas they told me yesterday i would be receiving the original order before telling me today it's discontinued
