@Rollmesome - to use wireless flash you normally need a transceiver, attached to the camera, and a receiver, attached to the flash. Wireless flashes have built in wireless communications so you can use the flash without the receiver (only a transceiver), and can also use attach a wireless external flash onto the camera hotshoe to fire other flashes as wireless 'slaves', without needing any additional transceiver or receiver units.

You probably won't get one as cheap as this - but I'd recommend that Yongnuo kit. They're almost direct copies of the Canon flagship flashgun models, but without the artificially-inflated price tags; Camera manufacturers make slim margins on camera bodies, but they coin it in on flashguns etc. The build quality is rock solid, which is one area the Neewer ones can't match up - they're cheap so that if you break them, you can buy another; the plastic is slightly creaky, and they don't have that reassuring "weight" to them - if you're careful with them, that's not a major issue, but camera gear can easily take punishment in bags, from falling etc.

I recommend the YN-568EX II which has the same wireless functionality as the Neewer. There's also a newer model of this called the YN-685EX which is a little more expensive but has much better build quality and control interface - I have two of these and they've been brilliant.
