ive got an offer for 10 points on 1st shop, 20 on 2nd and onto 100 for 10th. I think offers will vary by user

Last time I got this offer, I purchased my items individually at the self checkout (need to be at least £1.00 though), so got my bonus points in one visit. No need to do seperate trips to the stores.
Even swiping your card to check points counts too.
