As has been pointed out by a couple of lovely hotukdealers, these also have 1/3rd off so they're actually £1.65! ....
My Little Pony water cuties reduced to £2.50 in store at Tesco. Found in High Wycombe and lots of stock there. Still £6-£8 online at other stores like The Entertainer and Argos.
