And this is nothing like a good Sunday roast! bought a joint last week and as a regular meat eater can only say this was the toughest Beef I have ever had. Would pay the extra at Tesco and give your teeth a Christmas break.

had one last Sunday tender and tasty. maybe you need cooking lesson's. always go for medium rare, if you go for well done any meat will be like old boot leather.

I had the same experience last Sunday, really tough joint, looked great uncooked but after cooking it was tough and dry.

Thank you for your link. I did check before posting mine and yours didn't show. Your offer when posted was store specific and as you say not online. I've posted deal which is online now and not store specific, otherwise folks wouldn't realise deal is now Nationwide and instore as well as online.

Well said. I wouldn't expect something this cheap to be top quality. You can always try cooking it for longer at a lower heat.

Is this off the counter or pre-packaged?

Haven't done my shop yet today but I'd imagine at this price prepackaged.
