Never use junk like this, unless creatine is buffered to the correct pH levels it's wasted as only around 20/30% go into your body as the stomach acid kills the rest and its only poisoning your body and turning to the dangerous creatinine . And met-rex sell awful products .

creatinine is only a problem if you have moderate to severe renal impairment, as are many other things when your kidneys go belly up. keep hydrated and you're fine.

Oh well, if you've passed loads of courses this crap must work, right? Just because you've been brain washed with lectures from big supplement companies, selling cheap 'chemicals' making mass profit, doesn't mean it works you 'random' I haven't 'lifted' for years, and I'm bigger than I was then just by eating meat. Get lifting, beefcake!

Creatine is the most scientifically researched supplement around, and is proved to be effective - yes you need a transporter to get it to the correct destination but if you are spending the time to take creatine you will spend the time to learn how it should be used, agree with the fact taking creatine isn't going to make you massive but in conjunction with good diet and training it can help make a difference..

Watch out guys. Someone with a keyboards been doing courses. Opinions will be coming.
In other news creatine is ****. Present in many foods especially red meats the only point in supplementing it is if you're diet is deficient in it. Even then it's effect is only really noticeable at max effort, tiny percentage improvement under max load.
It has the rep it has because it's often pitched as the reason bodybuilders are so much bigger than 'you'. It's not its steroids.
