After the death of Pebble I wanted a cheap replacement smartwatch. This should do the job.
Not sure on the £99.99 RRP. Going rate on eBay is £40+.

Even the Apple smart watch sales have gone off a cliff; wait 6 months and you will be able to buy any of these brands at the 99p shop as a BOGOF.

OMG i didn't know they went bust, I have a new Pebble classic sitting in the cupboard for xmas for my son. I paid £41 new but now wondering if I should return to Tesco or take a chance and keep it. GUTTED. I would get him the Sony smart watch 3 like mine but not sure how good it is on ios.

I would think it will be ok for anther couple of years but personally I wold take it back. My Pebble is going to CeX on Monday while it still has value.

Buy a cheap Fitness band, .sales have rocketed... Where Smart-watches (like Apple) have been very very poor ...

Anyone know what the range is like on these? My wife has to leave her phone in a locker at work so thought this would be good to still be able to read texts etc, but not if it's only short range. Thanks.

I'd say about 30 feet with no obstructions. Maybe significantly shorter if left inside a locker.

Looked at these before buying a Pebble Time Steel Kickstarter edition (which I don't regret, long battery life, easy to use - even with iOS)
Tempted to buy at this price... but future is in established brands with smart capabilities or smart straps to go with timeless timepieces
