Are these headlights?
And these the same damn ones that blind me and make me accuse people of having full beam on?

No, they're HID's.

So you can't just replace your existing normal bulbs with these?

Probably yes, you can replace your normal bulbs- if they're H4. The earlier answer was to your question about blinding, he was saying what was blinding you was HID's.

Yes these are replacement sidelight bulbs with H4 3pin fitment. Not the main beam ones etc

These are H4 bulbs.
They don't dazzle you.
However your MOT man might fail or warn you because they have a slight blue tint, which is no longer strictly allowed.
The real dazzling lights are the Muppets which retrofit HID's without proper reflectors.
The only h4's which dazzle are the eBay 60w+ I think it is, or incorrectly fitted ones.
The police really should do more, its a p.i.t.a
For gods sake if you see your headlights lighting up the car in fronts visor area they aren't aligned properly. :disappointed: sort it.
Also there's a little switch with numbers on which puts light on the road, instead of trying to light up the moon, learn to use that too.
Ok rant over :stuck_out_tongue:

Good find OP, these bulbs are much better then your standard H4 bulb. However I find that Osram bulb don't last as long as standard bulb but the extra brightness and distance is worth it at this price. Philips bulbs last longer but almost double the price of Osram.

There's a price to pay for all these '+x%' bulbs - shorter life. If your car bulbs are a big job to fit, like many modern headlamps are, you might want to think twice. If find I rarely need extra bright headlamps anyway.
Given the blue tint too I think these are best left to the baseball cap under a hoody brigade; you know, the ones who spent more on the wheels and exhaust than the car is worth!

i think some factory fitted xenons are just as bad to be honest !
HIDs without a projector headlight are a massive p.i.t.a agreed

incorrect, H4 are for older cars which use 1 headlamp bulb for main and dip beam(nothing to do with sidelights)
