Yep that's what it looks like. I was watching a bit of it around E3 and saw someone flying a dragon. Looked really cool!

It's a fair comment by blueflash. Early access is to allow the developers an opportunity to iron out the wrinkles. You can't expect the final game to be much different.

over the last year not a lot has evolved it is still very bare bone, all the stuff being shown is not in early access. was very surprised it was announced for release next Feb. Id hold off pre orders to be honest, or go read early acces forum
