Could always order and cancel if it's not a big ordeal?
There's a habit of jacking prices when things start selling well!
The processor is just a quad-core. Use 'will my phone work' to check compatibility with your network. This phone doesn't have 4G either.
It's an entry level phone but with better specs than I was expecting.

Good review of it here: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=n4yKNBEkfKQ
If they don't like it I'm pretty sure you could get most of not all your money back selling it on eBay.
12 year olds are probably going to use chrome, Facebook, Twitter, Skype, YouTube. It would handle all of that. Light gaming would probably be fine too, but Asphalt8 would probably run badly on it given the processor.
This is a budget phone so the pinch point has to come in somewhere! The 2GB RAM, Gorilla Glass and fingerprint scanner are above what I was expecting so they're a plus point.

The reviewer states that he ran out of battery during the day, so a portable battery charger may be necessary if you're a heavy user.
It also appears that you can use the micro SD as internal storage, which is a very neat feature.
The viewing angles aren't supposed to be that great and brightness outside can be a little inadequate.
Also the launcher isn't that streamlined so installing Nova launcher would be a good idea.

Wouldn't bank on it, when I bought Bluboo it arrived within a few days but that was a different seller. There's a chance you'll get it but by no means guaranteed.

it was a lot cheaper 4 months ago when i posted it
Not the same deal though, yours is from China this is from the UK.
You're always going to get it cheaper shipped from China, the trade off is the longer waiting time and risk (albeit Small) of having extra charges.

Also AliExpress has a window where you get refunded if there's a problem so a DOA handset will not be a big problem like one coming from China.

No 4G, I'm with TalkTalk so personally wouldn't bother me. It is a budget phone remember and not everyone has 4G in their area, or on their monthly contract allowance.
