Full of natural sugar. Sugar causes diabetes, obesity and tooth decay. So be careful. Not healthy or five a day as they falsely claim. Eat fruit instead with all the goodness of natural fibre in it.

I was with you until you said eat fruit instead. I think being able to get one of your five a day within 5 seconds with minimal fuss is great, but yeah, don't drink the whole bottle in a day.

Yes the same juice has sugar of ten fruits and no goodness of fruit fibre in it. You can not eat 10 fruits in one go but it is very easy to drink the sugar of 10 fruits in one minute in juice . Sugar in large quantity is poison whether it is fruit sugar or added from outside. Fibre regulates the fruit sugar so it is released slowly to the body and does not cause blood sugar spikes and lows or converted into body fat.

Fibre is not fuss. It is very healthy. Because of it, fruits and vegetables are healthy . Also it curbs appetite and calories. Throwing that fibre away as in juice is not healthy.

So we shouldn't eat fruit or drink juice because it causes tooth decay? Is that after one glass or one fruit or lots of each every day with no dental hygiene? One small glass can be one of your five a day, this is the current stance of government public health advice so it's not really a false claim.
10 fruits?! One small glass of apple juice is probably no more than 2 apples so a slight exaggeration.
Whilst like with anything a lot of sugar is bad, and no one recommends drinking large amounts of juice, simply saying eat fruit because of the fibre doesn't solve everything. Particularly when some fruits are quite low in fibre and are just as bad at causing sugar spikes as soft drinks like grapes and bananas.
