Spotted this instore at M&S 900g serves 5 to 6 same price as the one that serves 3 to 4 reduced from £9 to £6. Have had this for the past few years for Christmas really lean and always goes down well not fatty at all.

Thanks, I was just about to get one of these from Sainsburys for a tenner so I'm happy, I'll wait and see if there are any sparks offers on food and then get it

Excellent, we're having gammon for Christmas Day so I'll grab one of these at the end of the week with a longer life. Ta!

That's not just any rip off price - that's a M&S rip off price
£6.66/kg for a gammon joint is at least 33% over what it should be...

The trick is to pour the honey glaze around the gammon not over the fat on the top. Score the fat criss cross and rub a little salt into it, when the gammon is cooked remove the fat on top and put in with your roasties and you will have some crackling and the roasties are even more crispy than usual.

I pour the glaze on but always end up with half a tin of juice/fat mixed in with the glaze so it doesn't really taste glazed at all. Have to throw the liquid away :disappointed: I've tried pouring it away before I add the glaze but it seems to make more.
