Very difficult to return stuff if change of mind or faulty and bought on the Internet . I went there to pick up something from click and collect yesterday and they were really refusing to return in the store and asking to post it back to their warehouse. So think billion times if you buy anything from them. Felt sorry for how they treated customers who bought online.

​You must be lucky if good service in your local . I was going to buy more things from them but the way they treat online customers in my local is very rude and ugly . I waited for so long as it was a single queue both for collection and returns . I felt very sorry for many people in front of me in the queue who had come there from far away to return items bought online. I will never buy online from them only to be abused at the return counter and waste time and money. They do not even have branches like other stores where you can go to other branch if have problem with staff from one location.

Oh God, this is going to be a costly evening :disappointed:
