I missed out on the Asus motherboard recently :disappointed: but instead found this. Looks a good spec and price:

nice find Op but If only it was more cheaper. I'm needing a mobo and cpu bundle or buy them seperate, whichever works out cheaper. Guess ill need to wait some more

I did originally buy from there, but Ihad a £5 voucher on my amazon account after topping up £100 so this worked out slightly cheaper.

I nearly bought this yesterday but couldn't find any reviews from the UK. American reviews from NewEgg seem to be very mixed (sata ports not working). Can anybody shed some light?

If they are using a NVMe SSD like the 950 Pro it will disable some of the sata ports. It does on my Gaming 7 anyway and it's mentioned in the manual.

Looks good, I would jump at this if I hadn't bought the Asus mobo last week. Hopefully that thing goes through as there's a lot of deals I'm passing up....

I have this board, its excellent, overclocks very well, stable, leds look cool. Needs bios update or mine did at least, but again easy to do.
