Fresh Whole Salmon is a little cheaper in a few other supermarkets but my local Morrison's fishmongers are very helpful. They will always top and tail and cut a whole salmon into 6 - 8 double portions, seal in 6 - 8 individual bags and put in a large bag with the whole salmon price attached
Imho it's worth that little bit extra to save having to fillet it yourself

No - You have to go to the Morrisons Instore Market Street Fresh Fish counter with your chosen whole salmon and ask for it to be filleted to your requirements

All depends on your broadband speed....mine makes me feel like I've filleted/descaled every time I get the bill :wink:

They also have packs with the whole salmon already filleted with all bits in it. Put all fillets in the freezer and you can cook a nice curry with coconut milk with all the rest of the bits, yummy !

Don't forget the lice in Scotland (they brought over a load of salmon from Norway and they got infected too). There was also the 100,000 or so fish that got heated to death when they were supposed to get a mild warming so that that the lice dropped off (don't like it too hot, but neither did the fish in this case).
