oin The Snowman™ and The Snowdog on the Emirates Air Line
London's cable car brings you a magical flying experience this festive season, in partnership with Snowman Enterprises Ltd. Between 26 November and 4 January 2016 you can soar above the Thames in a 'flight' with The Snowman and The Snowdog.
The sequel to the classic Raymond Briggs Christmas animation, The Snowman, is beautifully complemented by a festive flight on the Emirates Air Line.
The Snowman and The Snowdog's iconic flight scene will be brought to life throughout your Emirates Air Line experience using immersive digital effects and specially edited sequences from the film, combined with aerial footage of the cable car and London's famous landmarks.
There are also a number of photo opportunities available at both terminals. Take a picture with a life-size Snowman, or on a replica ski chairlift complete with a snow machine and The Snowman and The Snowdog as the backdrop. Or snap a selfie with one of the characters from the film during your flight.
The cable car will stay open later this year so visitors can enjoy the lights of London after dark - closing at 21:00 Sunday to Thursday, and at 23:00 on Fridays and Saturdays.
A limited number of free goody bags will be available for children, packed with treats to take home including a Snowman chocolate, in-flight binoculars and a Snowman or Snowdog character mask.

There is no additional cost for The Snowman and The Snowdog flight experience, but customers are advised to book in advance. See ticket prices, package options and make advance bookings.
You might also enjoy a Discovery Experience Package which includes a non-stop return trip, an in-flight discovery film, souvenir guide and free entrance to the Emirates Aviation Experience. Prices are from £8.40 for adults and £5.00 for children.

This experience is open between 26 November and 4 January 2016, apart from 25 December when the Emirates Air Line is closed.
On Boxing Day (26 December) and New Year's Day (1 January), we operate a Saturday timetable (open from 08:00-23:00).

They're not running it this year but are doing festive music and lots going on beside The O2. Cheap and great fun for all the family.
