I'm pretty sure it's illegal to sell electrical mains stuff that's not CE marked in this country... until Brexit arrives obviously!

Pretty sure it's illegal to sell Fake Head and Shoulders shampoo containing 'sex-change chemical' but didn't seem to stop this lot doing that :-)

Just google it. Personally I avoid these stack them high places wherever I can. I prefer to buy on quality rather then price, that way I get the best value most the time.
