Got me thinking now, will white make a direct replacement for black? My 'signature dish' as it were is a bone in chicken breast, haggis stuffed between bone and breast with crumbled black pudding under the skin and wrapped in smoked streaky. I can't see white pudding working to replace the black but maybe the haggis? Will give it a go!

I love Bury blackpud but try others whenever I can. Costco do one that's about a foot long and is only about £2.50. Slice it then freeze it. Lasts ages. Found a good one in home bargains last week. +1 for battered haggis

My mum and dad used to get their black puddings from Bury! I just can't bring myself to try them. :confused:

Choice of fatty or lean, plenty of red sauce and a splash of mustard.
