I prefer white pudding as it has that spicy peppery taste

Takes me back to my childhood on the (World Famous) Bury Market.
Choice of fatty or lean, plenty of red sauce and a splash of mustard.

I love Bury blackpud but try others whenever I can. Costco do one that's about a foot long and is only about £2.50. Slice it then freeze it. Lasts ages. Found a good one in home bargains last week. +1 for battered haggis

Real carnivores go all in, none of this namby pamby skinless chicken breasts etc! :stuck_out_tongue:
Got me thinking now, will white make a direct replacement for black? My 'signature dish' as it were is a bone in chicken breast, haggis stuffed between bone and breast with crumbled black pudding under the skin and wrapped in smoked streaky. I can't see white pudding working to replace the black but maybe the haggis? Will give it a go!

Picked up the normal black, not as good as Home Bargains :disappointed:
