Doesn't look too bad if you're bothered to go through the whole process. YouTube vid isn't terrible, it does make ice cream just not that much! Children love to make a mess that's half the fun :smiley:

Best with a medium to large blender, my mini one makes a terrible smell when I hammer it with this.
Cut, freeze, blend -> smooth. Further slight freeze to have harder consistency. Freezing for longer (as per trad. ice cream) makes it very hard indeed and tough to manage, I wouldn't recommend it.
Add honey, peanut butter, bovril, whatever, I don't know.
